The authors of the four most recent Hampshire Papers will be discussing, with the History MA students, how they carried out the research for their papers.

• First Line of Defence: Hessian troops in Hampshire 1756 by Bill Hoade and Tom Watson

Official Launch of Hampshire Papers 14

The Seminar will be followed by the official launch of the last paper, that looks particularly at the Hessian troops encampment at Barton Farm and the interaction with the local community.
