Proceedings of HFC&AS Online - Volumes 9, 10 (Parts 1 & 2) & 11 (1920-1930)Below, there are thumbnails of covers or images from articles, of the 'Proceedings of the HFC&AS', for this period. By taking the links, the table of contents can be seen for each volume in the date range above. Each article is linked to a scanned pdf which can be read online or downloaded. During this period the proceedings, with the exception of Volume 11, were published in Parts 1-3; these three parts were then bound to make up one volume. For volume 10 there is a link to an index of the published articles; but no index was published for volume 9. Volume 11 was an example of a special single issue volume on the excavations of St. Catharine's Hill between 1925-28. The reduced number of parts of Proceedings may be explained by a movement to bring about change in the organisation of the HFC; the proposals were led by the Editor, from 1913, J H Cope. He resigned as Editor after his proposals were defeated at the 1921 AGM. OGS Crawford was elected as Editor, though his tenure was short; F N Davis became Editor from the start of Volume 10. More information is available in Volume 39 in the article by E A Taylor.
